X-ray tube should be able to withstand the maximum working voltage test, the highest peak reverse voltage test, super-voltage test, may not have the spark abnormal phenomenon; X-ray tube should have no crack by insulating for 2 hours under the temperature of -55 ℃ ± 3 ℃ and 85 ℃ ± 3 ℃, its maximum working voltage should not more than above maximum working voltage values in the table; X-ray tube should not have the phenomenon of structure loosen or mechanical damage under the condition of frequency of 4 HZ, the largest displacement of 15 mm, the amplitude of 10 mm and time of 30 min, X-ray tube after the exposure of 10,000, its X-ray dose rate of not less than 0.2838 mC / (kg • s)

l Cooling: Oil cooling.

l Note: 1, X-ray tube must be cleaned and dried before installing. 2, X-ray tube initial use or  re-use after long time no use, should be under aging treatment for five minutes. Aging treatment methods: preheat the filament under rated condition for 5 minutes and back to zero, increase the voltage of the tube to maximum working voltage, control anode current 1 mA, stable for two minutes. In the couse of aging it is found lightning, anode current sharp increase or decrease, should immediately reduce the voltage or shut down high-pressure, breaks for five minutes and then executed aging according to above method once again. 3, X-ray tube works, we must ensure that the oil insulation strength not less than 35 kv/2.5mm, oil not more than 60 ℃. 4, Shutdown, generally should reduce the voltage first, shutdown high pressure and then close the filament voltage.

l Warning: The installation and disassemble shoud be carried out professionals

l Storage: the X-ray tube after packing should be stored in non-corrosive gases and well-ventilated room with temperature of -10 ℃ ~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity not more than 80 percent.

l Warranty period of quality: the packaging X-ray tube complies with the storage and transportation, storage and use under the conditions of the rules, 1year since left from the factory, the product cannot work normally for manufacturing quality problems, the manufacturing company should provide maintenance for users for free, replace parts or products.
